The house comes fully furnished. Bedroom furnishings include a full double wardrobe with plenty of storage/ hanging space and drawers. You will need your own bed.The house is warm with underfloor and ceiling insulation plus heat pump, all recently installed.The lounge opens up onto a deck facing north and a bbq area to enjoy the great summer evenings and is cosy and warm during winter.
Handy to Merivale Mall, The Palms, Northlands Mall&the City. En route of three or four buses, off street parking is available too.The lawns are mowed&gardens weeded by Jim's Mowing every 3 weeks (during working hours) - so it's always looking tidy.The house had some cosmetic earthquake damage, no structural damage. Both chimneys have been removed and tiles replaced.
If this sounds like the place for you, it would be great to hear from you!!About the flatmates:Currently there are two living here, two female professionals, 27 to 30 in age.We sometimes watch tv or movies together, cooking and a glass or two of wine, and going out too but we also enjoy our own space. It's pretty laid back here.
Sometimes we cook together if it works, but typically we eat independently of one another.No set cleaning roster, if you see it needs cleaning, clean it; we're pretty relaxed but tidy too :)If you're interested in a home away from home, drop us a line.
